Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the beret in its original protective box with all tags attached to ensure it maintains its shape during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
